Netu is a SaaS platform enabling merchants to create and manage an online store. By using Netu, you agree to these terms of use.
Access to the platform requires creating an account and subscribing to a paid plan after a 7-day free trial. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
As a merchant, you are solely responsible for your store's content, products, policies (privacy, shipping, returns) and compliance with applicable laws.
Payments are processed monthly. In case of payment failure, access to the platform may be suspended. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Netu and its elements (logo, design, code) are the exclusive property of their creators. You retain ownership of the content you publish on your store.
Netu is provided 'as is'. We cannot be held liable for loss of revenue, data or profits related to the use or interruption of the service.
You may terminate your account at any time from your personal dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend any account in violation of these terms.
